Wild Alaskan sockeye salmon mixed with fresh zucchini, red bell peppers, gluten-free panko bread crumbs, sweet chili sauce, and complementary spices and herbs make for a flavor-packed patty that’s just as delicious as it is easy to make.
Thai style flavor has a hint of sweet chili, but is not spicy at all. This recipe was developed by Diane Wiese, Cordovan and fishing family matriarch whose son John Derek is a fisherman and co-owner of the fisherman-owned coop and microprocessor 60 North Seafoods.
Patties come vacuum sealed in a 2-pack, each patty is 4oz.
