Our friends at 60 North Seafoods have cut a 6oz portion of sablefish (black cod) and covered it with a delicious miso marinade, vacuum sealed, and flash-frozen it. You simply defrost and bake it in the oven for a restaurant-quality gourmet meal at home.
Available in 6-ounce portions.
